1. Leads in Tracker are a way to show conversions.

2. You can create a lead on a prospective client, and follow all of the steps until you make it an actual client. You can also use leads on prospective jobs and candidates.

3. Clicking into a lead you can add various details as necessary. You can also click into Activities and Qualification to add a score to that lead.

4. There's also an activity section to see associated activities. Lastly, you can view any sequences currently in play, or to also start a new sequence of marketing emails here.

5. Documents and notes will also be available here to store any additional data.
