1. Within a lead record, you will see a Lead Qualification tool called MANDACT.

2. The aim is to achieve a high enough score to convert this lead into an opportunity/job.

3. You can increase the score by dragging the tabs on the right side of the screen upwards, increasing the number.

4. Or you can click on the drop down answers to the questions on the lefthand side.

5. If you're score reaches the amount needed to convert the lead, you can click the action menu button.

6. Then "Convert to Job". This will allow you to open that job record right from this screen, and count towards "leads converted" KPI's on your dashboards and reports.
