1. To convert a lead to a job record, click on the action menu from within that lead.
2. Select Convert to a job.
3. Click "Yes". This will not delete the lead, but simply create a separate job record.
4. Click "Yes" if you would like to then open the new job record.
5. From within the new job you can toggle back to the lead record by clicking on this icon.
