Help Topic: Sending Resumes Internally for Review


 



1. Enter into the Job you would like to work in and click the “Shortlist” menu tab. Select the candidate or candidate(s) you would like to send internally to another user at your company.

2. I'll be selecting these two candidates, indicated by the black check mark.

3. Then click the Action button.

4. Send Candidate Resume Internally.

5. Pick who you want to send this to in the dropdown list.

6. You will notice it's all internal users listed because this is an internal resume send, not to the client.

7. Pick the resumes you want to send by clicking this dropdown arrow.

8. In this case, I want to send Paul their LinkedIn PDF.

9. Click Preview, this will allow you to review the email to Paul before it sends.

10. You can add anything additional to the email, and then hit Send.

11. You'll then see both candidates have automatically moved to the Internal Submittal card.
