1. To send a single Resume/CV to a Client, enter into the Job, and find the Shortlist tab. Hover over the Candidates name and click the “Down Arrow” on the Candidates Card.

2. Select Workflow.

3. Click "Send Candidate Resume"

4. Click "Send To" if you need to pick a different contact, as it will default to the main contact on this particular job.

5. Click here if you want to select a different resume.

6. In this example, I'll use the candidate's agency resume as it has their phone number and email removed.

7. Click here to preview the email before it sends to the client.

8. You can see the resume is automatically attached, and the default email template is our Client Submittal template. You can still edit this email before it goes off if needed.

9. Click "Send".

10. You can see now that Jess Murphy has moved to the Client Submittal card.

11. To send multiple resumes to a client, select the candidate's by clicking on their photo icon.

12. I'll be selecting these two.

13. Then click the Action button.

14. Send Candidate Resumes.

15. Click "Send To" if you want to pick a different contact at this company.

16. Pick this dropdown if you need to select a different resume.

17. In this case, I'll keep the agency resume that was made most recently.

18. Click Preview to view the email before it sends to the client.

19. Here you can see both resumes are attached.

20. There's also two separate descriptions for each candidate, pulling info from their specific candidate records. If you need to edit the info that's pulled into the email template, check out this help file on how to edit the candidate resource summary in your Placement Settings.

21. Click "Send".

22. You can see both candidates have moved to the Client Submittal card, along with Jess Murphy.
