This lesson details how you send Resumes/CV's individually and in Bulk to the Client.

To send a single Resume/CV to a Client, enter into the Job you wish to view your Shortlist of Candidates for. Hover over the Candidates name and click the “Down Arrow” on the Candidates Card. Under the Workflow dropown, select Send Candidate Resume.

A “Send Candidate Resume” pop up window will appear. Choose who you would like to send the resume to, as well as which resume you would like to send. To see the resume options, click the “drop down arrow” to the right of the resume name. Click “Preview” once you are ready to send the resume.

A preview window will bring up the Email. You can see that the “To” and “From” sections have been auto populated. You can edit the Email here. Once you are satisfied with the email, scroll to the bottom and click the blue “Send” button.

How to Send Resumes in Bulk using the Card View

Enter into the Shortlist of the Job you would like to work within. Click on the “Picture” of each Candidate you would like to select. You will see a black check mark over their picture once they are selected. To send the Resumes in Bulk, click the lightening bolt “Action” button at the top left of your Card View. Select the option “Send Candidate Resumes”.

From the pop up window that appears, Select the Contact you would like to send to if it is different than the Contact associated with the Job. The Candidate Agency resume will be automatically selected. If you would like to select a different resume, click the “Drop Down Arrow” to the right of the “Resume to Send” section. Once you are satisfied, click the blue “Preview” button at the bottom of the pop up window.
3. In the Window that appears, you will be able to make any changes or edits to the Candidate’s resumes. Once you are satisfied with the Resume’s, click the blue “Send Button” at the bottom of the Preview screen.
