This lesson explains what a Shortlist is and how it is used within TrackerRMS.
A Shortlist is a list of identified candidates in your applicant pool who best meet the desired and required criteria for the open role. These are the candidates you would like to see moving forward through your recruitment process. This includes submittals of resumes, interviewing, and ultimately placing the role.

Open the Job Record you would like to find the shortlist for and in the list of options on the top, click the second option labeled “Shortlist and Activities.”
2. To get your Shortlist, click into the third menu option labeled “Longlist (Search),” and run your search using keywords and candidate details. Once you have your Candidates from your Longlist, move the most qualified ones to your Shortlist by clicking the green “Shortlist” button next to your candidate’s name.
