Help Topic: Working with Teams, Zoom or Hangouts

If you use online or 2-way conferencing software such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Google Hangouts etc, you can now send meeting invites that include these details as links from Outlook.

In this example we will be using Microsoft Teams and Outlook to send an online meeting from Tracker.

Step 1 - Create an appointment activity such as an Interview

Step 2 - Use the new documents field to attach any documents required in the Invite

Step 3 - Within the appointment activity use the Calendar menu to create the event

Step 4 - Open the downloaded Calendar (ICS) file from the Download bar

Step 5 - Click the Teams (or other) online meeting button within the invite to add the link to the invite

Step 6 - Send the invite and confirm the appointment in Tracker
