We now have full RocketReach integration (see https://rocketreach.co) which provides the ability to search for people across the world using details about their job titles, industries, company profiles, location and more.
To use this feature, you must first obtain a RocketReach license which you can get from the link above. Once you have a license, go to the Account > API Usage & Settings page to get your RocketReach API Key:
Once you have this API Key, go to My Settings and then PlugIns and switch on the RocketReach plugIn.
Paste your API Key into the PlugIn and click the Verify with RocketReach button to confirm your plan and credits:
This will activate the RocketReach Search option in a number of places within Tracker, including:
- In the main Discover menu under RocketReach Search
- In both Contact and Candidate records as a new RocketReach button above the contact details
- Within the LinkedIn Search page in the Discover menu
RocketReach Lookup
If you have an existing record with contact information missing, such as email address and/or phone numbers, you can perform a RocketReach lookup within either the Contact or Candidate record to obtain these details.
This is done using the RocketReach button located above the contact details section of the person record:
Clicking this button will open the RocketReach lookup page allowing you to use any of the relevant details such as name, job title, company and LinkedIn profile address to find further contact details:
You can alter any of the details if you wish to ensure RocketReach searches using the most accurate details possible, and click the Search button to find their details.
This will seek out all further information possible and present you with matching details allowing you to select those you want to update the profile with. Once these have been selected, clicking the Update button will populate the details in the records automatically.
