The Match Jobs function from within the Candidate record is based on search criteria rather than Skills Profiling which is not used as often when sourcing Candidates from the Job.
This feature performs a search based on the Long List criteria including:
- Any boolean search criteria specified
- Any semantics applied to the search
- Radius
Only "Open" Jobs that have boolean criteria specified will be considered in the search and will exclude any Jobs to which the Candidate has already been Shortlisted.
The results page will show the Job, the Client, the Primary Owner of the Job and the Type of Job it has been matched to:
Clicking the Shortlist button will instantly add this Candidate to the relevant Shortlist as before.
