Add Multiple Assignments to Invoices

*Keep in mind you will want to generate the multiple assignment invoices before generating the rest of your invoices in bulk. That way you don’t duplicate invoices.

1. Before generating your invoice, click into Tools & Settings > Financial > Invoice Settings > and Allow for Multiple Assignment Timesheet Invoices

2. Open the Client record and click on the blue action menu button to create the new invoice

3. Once you have generated the invoice, click on + Add Item

4. Select Temp Timesheets

5. Select the assignment you would like to have on the Invoice

6. If you would like to add multiple assignments, click back into + Add Item and select another assignment to add to the invoice. You will then see both assignments are reflected on the invoice:
