Help Topic: Deleting a Shift day

To delete a single shift, follow these steps.


1. Open the Shift Planner

From the Time & Expense menu, open the Shift Planner page:


2. Locate the Job and Delete the Shift

Using the filters or scrolling down the Shift Planner, locate the Job for which you wish to delete.

Click the menu button in the top right-hand corner of the day you are deleting and select the "Delete Shift" button.

Note: You will not be able to delete a shift that has assigned Candidates so please ensure you remove and commit these before attempting to delete a shift.

When prompted, confirm the deletion of the Shift.  The planner will refresh and the shift will be removed.
