Help Topic: Overview of Shift Dashboard


Please note that Shift Management is not available for the the Starter Package

This course outlines the Shift Dashboard and how to navigate around it.

 

Shift Dashboard Charts

The Shift Dashboard is the hub of all daily activity for all temps currently working or due to work in that day.

The 4 sections at the top of the screen show key highlights for the current day, including:

Chart 1

This shows the total number of Shifts for the current day across all jobs and how many of those are filled and confirm by way of a percentage of total shifts
Chart 2

This shows the total number of people who are currently out "Working" and how many have now already "Finished" for the day
Chart 3

This shows a pie chart of the proportion and quantity of the key statuses, including:

  • Total number of shifts finished
  • Total number of shifts with late attendance
  • Total number of shift where the workers have arrived
  • Total number of "No Show"s for the day
Chart 4

This reflects on the statistics from the Shift Planner and shows the total number of shifts for the day and how many of these are:

  • Filled
  • Part Filled
  • Unfilled

 

At the top of the Shift Dashboard there are 2 buttons:

Messages will toggle the display of the "Today's Messages" panel on the right hand side, showing incoming messages from the Candidates

Go To Planner will take you over to the Shift Planner page directly

 

Shift Dashboard List

The Shift Dashboard list shows all of the workers for the current day and this day can be changed using the date filters located above the list:

 

The list can also be filtered using the Filter button next to the Date Filter:

 

Status

The status filter allows you to choose which Candidates to show based on their current staus, including:

  • Nearing (those within 15 minutes of their start date but have yet to Check In)
  • Late (those who have passed theri Start Time and have yet to Check In)
  • No Show (those who have been flagged as a No Show either by themselves, the Client or a User in Tracker)
  • Working (those who have checked in and are currently working)
  • Finished (those who have checked out and completed their shift)
Candidate Name

This is a "contains" filter and allows filtering by any part of the Candidate's name
Client Name

This is a "contains" filter and allows filtering by any part of the Client's name
