To view existing Custom Form Packs sent, go to Tools & Settings > Collaboration > Custom Form Sends > Custom Form Packs
You can filter this list by date and status using the Filter button at the top of the list:
Clicking on the Custom Form Pack in the list will display the status of each Form in that Pack:
- Yellow "Submitted" forms are those submitted but in Quarantine still
- Green "Submitted" forms are those submitted and confirmed/processed already
- Blue "Pending" forms are those not yet completed
The recipient can revisit the existing link at anytime to complete outstanding forms in the Pack or you can use the blue link button in the main Custom Form Packs list to visit and or resend:
