When in the Shortlist of a Job, you have the option to use the Pop-Out version (the original version) or the Full Record.
This is set within the application settings found in Tools & Settings > Placement Settings > General Settings > Default Placement Open Method:
This means that clicking the Placement button in the shortlist will either open the pop-out Placement record or the Full Record by default.
If you are using the "Pop-Out" version then a new menu item is available in the shortlist to still open the Full Record if required:
