You can find the CompAIr option within two areas of Tracker.
1. The first, in the Quick View of the candidate record on a Shortlist or Longlist of a job.
2. By clicking on Job Spec or Resume, you can use AI to analyze a candidate's strengths and weaknesses.
3. When you click on "resume" and "Anaylyze with CompAir", it will display the candidate's main strengths from their resume, as well as items you may want to follow up on.
4. When you click into "Questions" it will provide you with the ability to use AI to generate questions to ask this candidate.
5. Once you have these questions populated, you can click the Green +Save button, and that will create an activity on the company, job, candidate and placement record that will save those questions for you.
****Keep in mind, you will want to save these questions for future use before refreshing your browser or logging out of Tracker.
6. You also have the option to select "Questions" and allow for the AI to analyze existing questions you have created in your Screening Templates section of Tracker.
7. The second area of Tracker where CompAIr is located, is within the Candidate record > Match Jobs section. More on Match Jobs can be found here.
8. From here, if you click "CompAIr" it will take the Job Description and Resume and go straight into an analysis
9. It will then provide you with a breakdown of the candidate's strengths and weaknesses
