This lesson shows you how to set up the Text Messaging Facility
1. Anyone who has permission to have text messaging in their system will need to go into their own settings and set them up. To do that, click on your name in the top right-hand corner and then click on “My Settings.”
2. You will then scroll down to the plug-in section and then click on the on switch for TextUs
3. Follow this help file to obain your API key from TextUs - https://academy.tracker-rms.com/Home/Lesson/1162
Then enter that API key into the API Key Field. Click Verify with TextUs and your Number should appear in the Number field below.
Click Ok once completed.
