What are Agents

Agents are a different thing than EVA: EVA answers, and acts when you ask.

An Agent is something you delegate to entirely, it runs on its own, and hands you the finished output without you supervising it.

In practice, that means you keep working on whatever's in front of you while Tracker's doing the background heavy lifting elsewhere, you're not waiting on it, and it's not waiting on you.

Each user will each need to set up their own Agents and Triggers. This allows for differences in workflows and outcomes by user, and ensures the right person is notified when they are completed.

Accessing the Agent Studio

Agents and Triggers are set up in the Agent Studio, accessed via the main menu > AI & Agentic Group.

The Agent Studio is where you create your Agent Instances, and where required, the Triggers for automation.

About each Agent

Alignment Scorer

The Alignment Scorer, compares the candidate to the job spec, it gives a detailed breakdown of how that candidate aligns with the job across multiple factors, lists top strengths and red flags, provides a summary, match level and overall percentage score.

This is the Alignment Score report, it doesn't just give you a number, it gives you the reasoning: match quality, strengths, gaps. Unlike a generic summary it’s job specific, giving both you and your clients a sharper, more relevant picture of why that candidate fits that particular role. This is the one that turns "trust me, this candidate's good" into "here's exactly why."

It means volume stops being the enemy. Twenty-two applicants doesn't mean twenty-two resumes to decipher, it means the Alignment Score Agent clears the noise so you're only calling who's actually worth calling.

This is what you then use when a client asks why you put someone forward. You're not guessing anymore, you've got a rationale. The AI Summary can also form part of the Resource summary used when sending your candidates internally or to your clients, and sharing on the client portal.

AI Screener

The AI Screener Agent will use the job spec to produce specific and relevant screening questions to send to your candidates to help evaluate their fit, and go beyond what they may have provided in their Resume.

Resume Scrubber

The Resume Scrubber Agent strips personal details from the Resume.

This type of resume matters if you're marketing a candidate speculatively and don't want their full details out the door yet, for example, before a client's officially signed off on seeing someone.

Format Template

Use the Format Template Agent to quickly generate Agency Resumes in your preferred style ready to send to your clients.

Resume Summary

The Resume Summary agent will create a summary of that candidate.
